This solution helps organization to conduct the board meetings and other meetings virtually. For the Board meetings participant need not go to the conference room. He/She can perform any other work such as reading a report etc while participating in the meeting. In this way, there won’t be any problem in terms of scheduling a meeting.

Mortgage can be defined as it (Law French for "dead pledge") is a device used to create a lien on real estate by contract. It is used as a method by which individuals or businesses can buy residential or commercial property without paying the full value upfront. The borrower (also called the mortgagor) uses a mortgage to pledge real property to the lender (also called the mortgagee) as security against the debt (also called hypothecation) for the rest of the value of the property.

This software requirement specification is been carried out to
implement “Online Mortgage Loan Application”. The purpose of the project is to build
a Mortgage Loan Application Online.
The software being used in the building of the current application is J2EE and other corresponding tools.
