Retrieved files from underwriting clearing any conditions needed prior to preparing loan for closing document preparation. Digitally remote most loan document sets to designated attorneys office or title companies. Faxed over list of items needed to give funding authorization. Clear any closing conditions and LAR requirements which were requested to be initiated for loans which has received funding authorization. Loans would then be passed over to servicing prior to expiration of lock confirmation.
